Not Rollback

I'm making my choices about the Hugos and one is that Rollback by Robert J. Sawyer won't be above "no award" in my list. He is a wonderful charming person, but this novel is simply full of "as you know bob" preaching about modern day events. It is not one of the worst novels ever, but it is not Hugo material. I'm on page 70 and I don't want to read the rest of it. Onto other books I suspect as there is very little time left.

New York 1979

Weird idea. Spike was in New York city in 1977 and killed a slayer. What if he stayed in town a while and took in a Broadway show? Specifically one with lots of gory action that came out not more than two years later. I cannot help but think he'd like it a lot.
