Laundry Day in a Villain’s Cottage of Doom

Black underwear is being sorted from black tee shirts that need a more delicate cycle. Black jeans with nameless ichor streaks are put in piles with mud spattered windbreakers. It is black as hell because it is laundry day in the villain’s lair and the only load of color being washed are the red table napkins and tee shirts.

I quite like doing laundry as cold weather moves in out of the north. There is something quite pleasing seeing them all sorted and then setting the robot slave to work on them.

Of course, I expect when the robot uprising happens the household appliance as slave joke is going to get me seriously maimed by an angry robot vacuum cleaner. And if a hero breaks in here now it is going to be dead embarrassing. Old blue jeans and green tee shirt, because it is laundry day and even today's clothes went in the wash.

Its much easier being scruffy. Everything goes in one load at 30deg, irrespective of colour or soling. Nothing of mine stays 'nice' for long.

Well certainly nothing I wear out into The Garden (of mild terror) stays nice for long. Heck, when feeding gravel into the trommel I wear downright shabby shoes.
