Money Needed for Tower Building

I need to do a fund raiser of some sort. I very foolishly purchased a house with just a ground floor and I am sure in the near future that I will need a balcony of a sort that would be appropriate to address an mob or group of heroes from. So I think I should find the money to build a small scale Orthanc (youtube link). Though perhaps even on a small scale there might be too many neighborly objections and cost overruns. Also it might not fit with the style of my little house. But gosh it would be nice to address the mob of people from an impressive tower when one of my non-working jokes causes some large group of people to come for my blood (and rightly so, evil sorcerers should die at the hands of mobs in the end).

Right. Being a working class sort of evil perhaps I ought to scale down my ambitions and start saving money toward building a very short tower. Has anyone seen a nice looking 10 meter tower that I could attach to my post-WWII wood frame house?
