Hanukkah Blizzard 2006

After taking the snow off the driveway and access road for the third time my father and I walked out to Road 17-21 to take a few photographs. This one was taken facing west. The mountains that would usually be visible beyond those trees are hidden by the clouds still dusting everything with snow. A few hours later it finally stopped and I took out the snow blower one last time. |
I have more photographs, but that is all I feel like posting right this minute. |
The icon used in this post is from a photograph taken at the same time as the rest in this post. Let me know what you think of it. Should I work to lighten it up some more?

Date: 2006-12-23 12:16 am (UTC)We have enough snow and cold that it will last us through the Yule. Which is odd since usually the ground is bare at Christmas around here.
