I would be more trouble that it would be worth probably. But I find myself today tempted to figure out if I somehow get either livejournal or blogger to display an alternate dating system... Why? Because I think it would be wacky fun to have dates like AUC 2760 Mercedonius 1 when everyone else is on CE 2007 December 27.

*grin* I remember driving my English teacher nuts by keeping the dates in my required class journal in a simplified Stardate format...but when I offered to switch to the Julian or another calendar, and she just gave up ;-)
I'm sure somebody could write the code to do it, but not me!
