What: A Party at MileHiCon
Possible Names: Grenadine Party, Velvet Party, A Gay Soirée, (Suggestions?)
Host: Mishalak
Purpose: Have Fun in the style of Oscar Wilde & the Aesthetic Movement
Symbolic Fruit: The Pomegranate
Dress Code: Lush (Velvet, expensive jeans, costumes, etc...)

Boring Cost Things: $100 for room, $80 for alcohol, $70 for food, and a bit more for decorations. Total should run about $250 to $300.

Proposed Drinks: Liquors, Cordials, Mead, and Wine
Food: Seven kinds of cheese, Russian Pickles, Lox, Crackers, and (of course) seasonal Fruit.

Sponsorship: TAFF/MiFF? $25 per person. (or what people can afford) Though if someone wasn't going to come to the party he or she could get a Send Mishalak to Britain Supporting Membership for just $15... Or only $10 if you want me to come back. Donations beyond costs go half for TAFF (Trans Atlantic Fan Fund) and half for MiFF (Mishalak Fan Fund).

If you're coming to Eastercon, you could always call it "Mishalak In Liverpool Fund" (for 2007) or "Mishalak In London Fund" (for 2008.)

Or you could run for TAFF...

Mishalak in Liverpool Fund... MILF, nah I don't think I'll use that one. On the other hand it could be the MIB Fund = Mishalak In Britain Fund.

I'm thinking about standing for TAFF. My campaign would be something like "Gay Elf Boy for TAFF!" since I was christened that at Minicon. Or I could write a fanfic entitled "Mishalak and the Search for the Holy TAFF". But I'd like a back up plan.
