Dream Log: In the Fashion District

I go shopping rather often in my dreams. But there is one shop in particular that I've visited a number of times. It isn't a large shop, squeezed as it is between two streets. They often have weird or interesting items for sale.

Last night they had brightly colored rubber tee shirts. The different colors seemed to be molded into them rather than being painted on and were halfway translucent. The various things on them were also raised or sunken into the surface, rather like the way metal lunch boxes have embossed shapes to give added definition to the characters. These designs were not terribly detailed, mostly just outlines of things, but I thought these were so very cool and so I tried on a small and then an extra small one. The latter was my size and had sort of a gundam wing mecha outline in addition to the other bright fluorescent colors. I was going to buy it, but I was waking up. Maybe I'll be back there tonight.

I suppose it also says where my head is that I go shopping in dreams. I'm sure it is something stereotypical or maybe archetypal.

If it would make you feel any better I'll admit I almost never have sex in my dreams (that I remember).

I've never been shopping in my dreams. Mine mostly involve conflict, chasing, and bad people.

Oh shopping dreams have conflict as well. I need to get the last one before someone else does!
