Even when you feel good about making a decision there is always a lingering feeling that you should not have given up. Like a relationship that is coming to an end, even when your head tells you that you are making the right decision, even when there is a huge sense of relief to be getting out of it, there is also some part of yourself that wishes it was not coming to end. That if you had just tried harder to change him, that if you were stronger, that if a thousand excuses you would not have failed.

It is hard for people to admit they were wrong and to move on, we always want to throw in another ten after all the money blown on a venture that did not work out.

When you were in CO, your posts were about going out, doing things, and if you talked about how you felt it was mostly positive.

Really? I thought I was rather moody back there as well. Anyway it is part of the human condition to want to fix things even when the smart thing to do is to get out.
