mishalak: A fantasy version of myself drawn by Sue Mason (The Alchemist)

I was sitting here thinking. Thinking about wanting to populate a town with Evil Geniuses Differently Moral Researchers and how hard it can be at times to just make things up whole cloth. And then I thought my own sort of Misunderstood Scientist sort of thought, "Why make them up from scratch then, why not just base them on people you know?" Bwhahahahahaha! I am so brilliant! But wait, some people might not care for having their personal charactistics taking through the Mishalak Mental Chopshop to file off the serial numbers, given a bit of chrome, and a paint job and sold to the town of Ithill. Well I'll just have to get them agree to it then. So if you would like for me to give you a totally free MAD GENIUS version of you please leave a message here. You will reappear under a "nom du crime" at some point in the town of Ithill and have adventures where you attempt to take over the world, terrorize Tokyo, or produce popcorn without hulls!

Sraun- First Draft(y)
That's like an evil genius name already. Except Lawyers from Mordor and Isenguard might fight over suing you for trademark infringement. So there will have to be a name change, perhaps a classic anagram?

Surprisingly sane and stable as Mad Scientists go, dare we even say it, verging on good? <blaster fire> Nope. Currently Professor Nuars is working on a wormhole based FTL drive. He continues to have problems producing one that does not reduce the ship and test pilot to a blast of elementary particles, but he swears he's getting closer. Due to the recent monkey shortage after they were stolen by one of the few Liberal Evil Geniuses he has been reduced to using non-living test subjects, though he might put a henchman into his test box if he's having a particularly bad day.

Appearance wise he goes for the traditional white lab coat over dress shirts (usually clean) and slacks. Though his couture suffers noticibly when he is without a henchman/woman to do laundry and replace them in his closet. On more than one occasion it has been mentioned that he should get a new laundry-bot by fellow geniuses, but he is reluctant since the trouble with the last one. The bald plate and scruffy beard complete the Atomic Era Mad Genius look.

Oh, why not... after all, I've already been killed by Tanya Huff - you could hardly do worse to me than that. ;)

Please count me in. This sounds like a lot more fun than the usual "have a minor character with one's name killed" approach.

I have always wanted to be a Differently Moral Researcher, but it's so hard to get tenure these days :-(

When someone has inhaled helium and then speaks, their voice sounds very high pitched. What is the effect if someone speaks normally, but your ear is filled with helium? Should it sound high pitched? [NB If attempting this experiment yourself, make sure you use gaseous helium, not liquid helium.]

I'd be glad to have the opportunity to hang around in Ithill. (Hmmm... I thought I *was* logged in. Interesting...)

Could I be a Differently Moraled Organizer/Fomenter? (That's more my thing than Researching, and after all, someone has to get those morons with their torches and pitchforks together and going in the same direction.)

Sure, whatthehell, why not? Of course, I'd rather be a Bomb-Throwing Radical Outspoken Community Activist; but whatever you need...
