mishalakA few people reading my journal may remember that I said that George W. Bush was not among the five worst US presidents. I still would not give him number one or two (Buchanan and Jackson), but I do think he's all tied up with Nixon at this point for 3rd from the bottom. Illegal wiretapping and saying he isn't sorry and he's going to do it again? He is definitely impeachable.
