Just Damn Useful

Over on Insane Journal Stewardess has some damn useful instructions about exactly how to syndicate people who have moved to other journaling services from LJ in the tiff of the last three months. Not only that she has already found many of the faults and hidden advantages. Like if for example you have an account over at insanejournal, greatestjournal, or whatever and are 'friended' there and are logged in you should see even locked posts in your reading list. That's nifty.

I wonder if it works in reverse for services that offer RSS syndication and use the LJ architecture... if I were so reading my list over on greatest journal (or whatever) I could still read everyone, including locked posts, back here on LJ.
