I dreamed I was upon an island with an active volcano. It seemed to be similar to Hawaii in that there was an open lava filled crater. I was being evil advisor to an evil villain; we were melting down bars of gold that had gone missing from the Bank of England. But they would not be missed. The difficulty was that we were on a deadline. The island was going to be overwhelmed by the volcano entering a more active phase. I knew this because it happened three times before I was able to get away, and I only survived by turning back time and trying again.

I remember when I enlisted some of the locals to help. They wanted gold of course and I was handing out shares in my pile of gold left and right trying to get people to move. They simply would not understand the danger it seemed and they were often caught up in pointless detail of packed lunches and so on. It was all terribly Victorian. Fourth time's the charm though. Made it to the harbor, got the boat, and got off the island with much of my gold and the villain died again.

I remember that I was feeling terribly clever about the gold. It was taken by someone else, it had been mistakenly left off the books by an employee of the bank, and now with it melted into blank coins I was sure there was not way I would be caught.
