A Short Note

I made borsch today. It came out very well, I had a good soup base to start with. Shortly I'm going to taste test two vodkas and then go to bed. Tomorrow I’m going out to shop for tea and hats. I may or may not go be social with some friends, it would be cool to have someone to shop with though.

Is it my memory, or do you have borsch fairly often? Not that thee is anything wrong with it, too many people think of borsch as some sort of boring beet soup, while it's not boring at all if properly done.

At least three times a year I think. Well maybe only twice this year so far. But yes, I do make it more often than people who just do it to feel Russian on one day or something.
