Regarding Buffy filk, you should hear Matt Ledger do his Buffy rap, if you have the chance. It's rolling on the floor funny and true to the series as well. I heard him do it at GAFilk, and it was recently posted on rec.music.filk. It may still be available on your newsgroup server - if not, let me know and I'll send a copy, if you are interested.
