mishalakIn the department of pretty good news I now have a thin sexy phone that cost far too much money. It is the consolation prize in having to change phone plans. As a natural conservative I hate and fear change at first, but having touched this phone change is all happiness and sexy black phones. It also helped that I did not actually have to *pay* for this phone as it was my father's gift to me along with upgrading all of us on our family mobile phone plan. I am, right now, being crazy and keeping it in an Otter Box, but that may change at times. Certainly I do not feel safe having it out of a box while at work even though I never broke my iPod touch taking it to work.
All this leaves me with a problem, however. Years ago I named my iPod the Cosmometer, but that having held this phone it is clear that this is far too fabulous a name for an iPod. So, what do I rename my iPod to free up the name Cosmometer for my phone? iTea, as my old iPod was named? Camelia after my favorite bush for producing drinks? Chihiro after the heroine of Spirted Away? Vor after a class of military nuts in Bujold's books? Choices, so many choices.
