1. Venison And how! When I was a boy deer was more common than beef in our house at times.
2. Nettle tea
3. Huevos rancheros Staple of breakfast in Colorado.
4. Steak tartare Loved it.
5. Crocodile Not yet.
6. Black pudding Very good with beer.
7. Cheese fondue I must do it again sometime.

If I were going to add things to this list I think I would add fresh morel mushrooms. Also drinking a coconut from the nut and then eating some of the flesh (surprisingly easy even in a place like Colorado). Also rather than durian I think everyone should try a cherimoya (aka custard apple). Also poached wild salmon or any freshly caught fish. And melted butter and velveta over popcorn. And now I'm really hungry.

Go to Florida; they have crocodile there. Tastes like chicken. ^^ Frog's legs are also pretty easy to find in Virginia, so I'll assume you can get them in Florida, as well.
