We Have No Books Today

mishalakI went to a book auction today. Much to my surprise I didn't buy a single thing. I was very disappointed by the selection. And I just feel quite off today. It is very hot here in Colorado. A-Basin Ski Area closed today as the last of their snow melted down in just a few hours. If it stays this hot we may yet get a bad fire season like the rest of the West.
Well at least I have most of July 4th to get this place in shape for my party on Saturday. A party will put me in a somewhat better mood. Though not totally since I have to work Sunday. Oh if anyone hears of a decent job I'll take it as long as it's not in America's third world (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or equivalently hot & miserable places). I love Denver but I think I might want to get out while I still have some money left.
