The things I want are notoriously bad, but they don't seem to do me much harm( though in fact I'm mildly allergic to everything. I had allergy testing done a while back. Apparently most people have 0 reaction to most things, and a 4 or 5 on a few. I had level 1 reactions to virtually everything they tested for).
