Oh I might have some time to spend on a house, but not the sort of find a messy but fixable house to repair and sell for a profit that my dad is suggesting. Heck, if I could find a house not too far out on the west side of town I'd love to buy a home and live in part as I renovate the other half myself. But it would have to be someplace for me to live and not a buy and flip investment.
