Duck Soup & Daily Bread
May. 1st, 2020 10:32 amI bought a frozen duck with the intention of roasting it for Yule. That did not end up happening. So instead I roasted it this week. Fair amount of work, but I'll be eating it all week. I've had one breast and one serving of soup made with the bones and bits left after carving. I'm going to have more soup tonight at work and also some bread. Like many people I've been baking bread because I have more time.
