Oct. 21st, 2013 04:22 pmListening to Catherine M. Valenti read from a western (as in The West of the United States) mythological apocalypse. The Wizard of New York vs the Wizard of Los Angeles for all the marbles (whatever they might be). I took a video, but I think I should not post it without permission.
Homebrew from Meg and Chris. Drinking mead and eating rambutans at the Dasfa party.
The 4th Doctor costume. The Mabel and Dipper Pines costumes. The "I do not know what they were" bird warrior costumes.
Blowing condensed vapor from my mouth using a nitrogen infused Cheeto (use caution). The exciting and fun panel about geek going mainstream. Seeing the Bubonicon crew outside their convention. (Alas I did not get to break bread with them.)
Next year I shall see what can be done about a larger room or some sort of fannish round table discussion.
And using a vodka bottle as water bottle was hilarious. I shall do it again.
