Mead No.1 Awaits Attention
Aug. 1st, 2012 11:45 pmI had to sit very quietly a listen to hear the quiet, occasional bubbling of the fermentation. My honey is becoming alcohol, but slowly, slowly. I hope my experiment is working, but I must start another. This time I will add some hops to the mead. Though I am also somewhat put out that it is. It done yet. I had thought it would be with the much lower gravity than normal mead.
