It's a small victory, but very satisfying.

This guy, who's site I have confirmed as gone, was spamming Conrunners a wiki about convention running. I've not figured out how to get his sites on a Ukranian host taken down (he's eopta dot in dot ua), but at least for now it seems he's not coming back to bother conrunners again. I might try using some sort of translator program so I could send an abuse report to in.ua about him. Hurmmm
