mishalak: A fantasy version of myself drawn by Sue Mason (Beautiful Dreamer)
I was falling from world to world. There were dangers that I cannot clearly remember and I had two faerie companions. One was a dark fellow sort of Indian with tightly curled brown hair, not my usual type at all. And I was in love with him and I think he with me, though I worried that my heart would not be true and I would hurt him. We escaped through the doorways on the floating floors of many levels. Forever pursued by the great powers, but it didn't matter. Death always follows us all our days and shall catch us up no matter how fast we run even if it does not seem to be so. So we were forever in flight, but it didn't matter.

Such dreams hurt when I awake for it is not true. I yearn for that which will never happen. Broken boy to live as long as I can stand, not brave enough to face life.
