That's me in 2003 soon after my birthday. I got my hair bleached out for my "Bloody Birthday Party", it was fun but I'm unlikely to do it again. It was also a pain to get done and made my hair a lot harder to deal with for some things. Well I might have done it again if I had excessive amounts of money. But then again maybe not.
