A fox crossed the street in front of me tonight. I didn't seem particularly concerned about me, pretty used to humans I guess. Or at least I didn't seem threatening. I vaguely wondered if it was doing okay. It can't be easy living around here. It isn't exactly the heart of the city, but it probably isn't healthy either. Lots of what we throw away isn't good for animals to eat. Fare well fox.

I've seen rather a lot of wildlife lately. Skunks, mice, and foxes.
