mishalak: A fantasy version of myself drawn by Sue Mason (Default)
Sauteed purslane (Portulaca oleracea) tastes rather like roasted mild chilies. Not terribly pleasant mouth feel, however. And it needs something else with it. I do not know what. Perhaps cheese or tomatoes.
