Displacement Scale

As reported in my primary blog I'm making Iron Gall Ink today using an unusual method of weighing the ingredients. It is all rather alchemical.

Update: Success! It is extremely gratifying to have it come out so well after so long since I did anything like this. Especially since my first batch of galls were accidentally thrown out and I had to make due with what I could find on short notice Monday. Now I need to clean up the study and do dishes.
