Random Unhappy Events

Last night my bicycle tire was stolen. I had my bicycle lock through the frame and so the whole thing is not gone, but I could not get the lock around the frame, the pipe, and the front tire as I like to do. I am particularly upset because I planned to go to the library on my bicycle this morning.
