Who Pays for Dates?

This question came up this morning because we heard a thing about this being discussed on the radio. I won't editorialize yet, because I don't want to influence the poll, though I probably will in comments if any get posted. So vote first, read comments later. And feel free to link to this poll because I'd be interested to see what a wider circle than my friends say. If I was going to really drill down into what influences people's thinking then I'd want to know age as well, but that would be a bit much for a simple LJ poll.
