Actually I didn't find it terribly salty. I mean the beans were not detectibly salty to start with and it is only four anchovy fillets in the whole two-cup volume. Yes there was almost as much onion as beans in this.

Something like Onion and Beans Provencal style, but like in French would probably be about right. Let's see. I need a fictional province where my strange ideas about food come from.
