Cleaning and Thank You Letters
Dec. 29th, 2004 12:37 pmI was pretty effective at cleaning last night. Of course it would have been better if I wasn't doing it at 3am, but when inspiration strikes... I also wish that I'd taken up my parent's offer to go to the movies yesterday. But regret only serves to eat up its host. Oooo nifty beast idea.
So today I'm working again on getting necessary paperwork type stuff done and cleaning. Obviously I'm not driving to New Orleans, but that's because I didn't get done cleaning right away. I have sworn off going on wild trips with my apartment dirty.
For Christmas I got tea (woo!), mead, Russian coins, a Spike wall calendar (the vampire, not the producer), Hellboy Director's Cut (which is a good improvement over the theater release), Jim Henson's The Storyteller on disc, a big Amazon gift certificate, lotsa moola, and Al Stewart's To Whom It May Concern and Past, Present, and Future. Plus a suit and a ring!

Date: 2004-12-29 07:49 pm (UTC)I had a gold ring with an opal triplet; a really good one that looked like a black opal. Unfortunately sometime between my 16th birthday and my 18th it disappeared from the box it was kept in.
