Coming Down

I have not been posting publicly to livejournal for a while. One part principle to avoid generating content they can advertise on (I paid for this journal, damn it!), protest against content policy changes/problems, and being worried that public posts could get me into trouble due to occasional frank postings about gay sex and literature about the same. But I've been wondering lately if it isn't silly. So a poll. Everyone loves a poll.

Tell us if you go somewhere else, please. (of course, I may have missed you doing so, as I was elsewhere myself for a while, and did miss some things during the transition.)

For me, coming back was the right move. But I'm less controversial, and less principled, than a lot of people.

a) Nevermind, found it. =)

b) Oh, you were talking about public posts... Yeah, not so much with the useful, definitely with the principles etc. The great thing about LJ is the *locked* content, and the discussion presentation model. But unlocked posts? Heck, I don't even have to use OpenID to read those via RSS no matter where you post them.
